MANAGING DIRECTOR
FRED MARGARIA – Founder of the company, has been involved in the cleaning industry since 1965. In this time he has set up numerous training programs for the Masters Cleaners Guild of WA (now BSSCA) and the Australia Institute of Cleaning Science.
Fred sold his original business in 1979 to which he then branched into manufacturing of cleaning chemicals creating Dolmar Chemicals which became one of Western Australia’s leading chemical cleaning supply houses with major accounts throughout the state. He then sold Dolmar Chemicals in 1986 only to start up the current business in 1988 which has now grown into one of the larger independently owned cleaning companies in WA.
Fred has acquired the majority of the contracts the company currently services through recommendation and word of mouth from existing clients and not through employing sales people as many competitors must do. This is a testimony to Fred’s professionalism and dedication in providing an efficient quality service.
GENERAL MANAGER
ROLAND MARGARIA – Is responsible for the day to day management of the company. Roland’s continued positive input of work ethic is reflected by the company’s growth since he started in a physical capacity doing general cleaning and carpet cleaning.
Since 2000 Roland has become a “hands on” manager with a deep commitment to team leadership and complete service to our clients. His experience in all aspects gives him the advantage to offer the most cost effective results for our clients.
He is active in the operational processes, implementing the Green Stamp Program and plays a key role in the selection of staff.
Over the years he has built strong relationships with our clients and offers strong support to the operations and administration staff
